      Low pay compared to other companies in the area. Employees are a number on time card. Way to many political. Management does not care about Employees

      Good and Bad

      Pros

      Great people to work with on project, had option to enroll for company stocks.

      Cons

      Not all departments had structure or career path to follow. Pay wasn't great for the work given. Once you leave, you must sell back stocks.

      Good company but controlled by handful employee owners

      Health Insurance, Stock Ownership, Sick days outside vacation

      Cons

      favoritism, long work hours, easy to accrue but hard to take the vacation, long work hours
