      Pros

      The people in your inner office will be wonderful people. Very understanding. Very helpful. They want to see you succeed and grow.

      Cons

      Corporate does not appreciate the hardships and sacrifices their employees go through.

I have worked in both a district and at corporate and have found both environments to be equally supportive. Regarding corporate, I would encourage you to reach out to one of our executives the next time they are in your office and provide more specifics as to why you feel this way.       Pros

      Great at involving everyone from the field and office. If you need special tools/equipment to get your job down right, there is no questioning it. The safety culture is out of this world. NPCL is great about including your family members in company picnics and other events. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      Its construction, fast paced....some get worried about their next destination. There is some turnover but it seems that it is up to the individual to fit the "PCL" mold/culture.
