      No work life balance-Toxic work culture

      Pros

      Very organized with a system in place applied mainly to all projects.

      Cons

      No work life balance with more than 10 hrs a day work expectations and some work on weekends. No flexibility with micromanagement to get things done with only your managers way. Generating more profit for company and higher managers' stock benefit cheque is the priority not employees' mental health and work-life balance.

      Great place to learn the construction industry

      -Work/life balance could be greater -Pay could be greater compared to other companies
