      Pretty fun place to work, but some quirks.

      Pros

      Everyone seems to care about their work. Clean, nice place. New equipment (Computers, Desks, Etc.) Easy Parking Great co-workers

      Cons

      Everyone is a manager, only a few people do the important work. Executives have distanced themselves from other employees. Morale is very low due to the economy and corporate culture change.

      Pros

      My supervisor supports and encourages my professional development. Co-workers care for one another & want everyone to be successful. Benefits are absolutely amazing and low cost.

      Cons

      There are weeks I put in more than 40 hours but my supervisor acknowledges it and allows me to be flexible with work hours other times (e.g. Doctor apt, attending kids activities).
