      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and gain experience on best construction practices. Great employee development programs and opportunity. Great visibility from upper and corporate management.

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor. Long hours with little compensation except for the opportunity to learn. This is typical for the construction industry however.

      Mentorship programs are second to none, everyone is willing to help.

      Cons

      Advancement seems pretty much based on age/seniority/experience, which can be challenging when you are trying to progress in your career.
