      Pros

      Benefits are great. Pretty much everyone stays here for the stock/profit sharing. Despite the fact that the denver office never profited when I was there, employees are still pretty much promised 30% dividends on their stock each year.

      Cons

      If you're not part of operations(i.e. corporate development, you don't really feel like you're contributing to anything real.

      Overtime, the money is good, rotation leave, very poor oversight. Good for craft in terms o

      The company does'nt care about salaried staff. The thinking is that we pay you and hence that's it. Focus is on money and people are not valued. Site management is very weak and not competent.
