      Saftey orientated, good benifits, and understanding towards workers.

      Cons

      Large company there were some culture issues with the company. Could slightly improve in this area. Some management styles would differ in different departments of the company.

      Learning a lot. Learn how deal with people on the field.

      Cons

      A little bit scary for my first shift. living in the camp and working 12 hours of day was pretty new to me.
