No work life balance-Toxic work culture

Very organized with a system in place applied mainly to all projects.

Cons

No work life balance with more than 10 hrs a day work expectations and some work on weekends. No flexibility with micromanagement to get things done with only your managers way. Generating more profit for company and higher managers' stock benefit cheque is the priority not employees' mental health and work-life balance.

Good programs and policies. Can become hourly to salary. Good benefits. Good work culture in the oil and gas side of the business. Chance to grow your career.

Cons

Contracts differ from site to site as an hourly.

Traditional and stuck in their old ways from 1960

This organization is so stuck in their traditional ways of doing things it is ridiculous. They say they want to change but they definitely do not. Diversity is just for name sake and it is like a old mans club or a mean girls group. Very toxic culture on the inside.
