      Great people, not great mobility

      Pros

      Stable job once you've been there for a while you can move around teams and stay there for quite a long time. Loyalty pays, lower base compensation but stocks pay great dividends. Overall, lots of friendly people, gym is available in the basement and the facility + office spaces are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Not like the standard tech company, software work is more supporting the main construction business so promotion structure and upward mobility is unclear. Titles for most positions are really weird and not standardized. Barely any opportunity for hybrid and job starts early in the mornings.
