7yThank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the contract position on which you were working is subject to the Service Contract Act and wage rates are set by the Department of Labor. We would encourage anyone who feels the SCA rates to be unfair to contact their Congressional Representatives, or members of the DoL's Wage and Hour division. The work locations are also set by the Government contract, according to Government's needs.
