Worst company I have ever worked for

Pros

I kept the job I had for five years. Leave accrual was good. We had sick time, but then that was taken away.

Cons

Very demeaning to work for. Came in very heavy handed. Limited paid hours on the road. Lost a lot of money compared to the previous contract. No people skills. No sick time.

Pros

HR staff is nice and helpful.

Cons

Pay not as good as it once was. No longer offer inclement weather pay and forced to not work during Christmas and no pay for over 2 weeks.
