Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the contract position on which you were working is subject to the Service Contract Act and wage rates are set by the Department of Labor. We would encourage anyone who feels the SCA rates to be unfair to contact their Congressional Representatives, or members of the DoL's Wage and Hour division. The work locations are also set by the Government contract, according to Government's needs.

PD Systems was only contracted in and only employed people in Chambersburg, PA, for a period of 1 year. That said, we are sorry that you found the working conditions and personnel on the Government's Depot to be poor. During our 1 year tenure, we made small strides in improving safety, but, unfortunately we weren't contracted there for a long enough period to affect great change. In the current "Low Price Technically Acceptable" bidding strategy utilized by the U.S. Government, the employees do not benefit. I would encourage everyone to speak to their Congressional representatives to voice your opinions about this bidding strategy and attempt to create change.
