Pros
The culture in the company is very open-minded and easy-going. People are nice and willing to answer most of the questions. No limit of working location AKA WFH. Payment is acceptable.
Cons
We don't have an SOP for the hands-on tasks. Need to be proactive to learn by ourselves.
