They lie through their teeth Literally!! They lure you on how good of a company it is how they offer the best benefits blah blah blah..... it’s all a lie! Insurance is the worst very high deductibles you have to pay for everything insurance dental work everything pay is very low you never get raises you work your but off for the pay you receive always being micromanaged by lead RDAs while your working at an extremely fast pace others are taking their time doing one small thing but rushing you to do your job and theirs as well.bits all about the money here always understaffed and their WE BELIEVE is nothing but BS!

Work/life balance, don’t expect much of a social life, being with your kids for after school activities (sometimes even being home to cook dinner for your family), or even having a dog if you work for this company. Lazy LDA, when problems are brought to management they say they are going to address it only for things to never change. Lack of communication. 50+ hour work week, frequently have to work well past closing because of poor scheduling and many days without a lunch break.
