The company has a great culture and they offer some many different ways to serve our community. The benefits are great too and the company loves to helps its team members grow and they have many different ways to grown in the company.

Cons

I wish we were a little bit more lenient with the dress code because i think we can still look professional while having some fun with our fashion

Pros

Amazing support from office managers to territory partners. Big company that feels like a tight knit family. Room for growth, great benefits

Cons

Pay is manageable, not as high as private practice. Then again you do not get benefits in private practice

Pros

The onboarding process has been great, very informative and I think it’s nice that it lasts for three days since there’s so much information. Everybody here has been very nice as well.

Cons

I have a few cons, when it comes to the onboarding I’m having to drive an hour to get here since there’s only one office all the way down in Henderson, but not that huge of a deal. Also, I have noticed that there are doctors who are impatient with me being new which makes it less enjoyable of an environment. I wish that that wasn’t necessarily the case, and that everyone could be open to having new employees who aren’t perfect yet.
