Cliques and lack of opportunities

Pros

The pay is better than many of the matching positions in the field. Getting time off is fairly easy and coworkers are friendly.

Cons

They love to mention God & the Bible in their company emails and morning huddles but don't actually live what they speech. Movement up through the company is stuck behind the usual corporate nonsense. Nepotism, brown-nosing, and cliquish behavior. Just working hard barely gets you anywhere. Leadership will smile in your face and say one thing, but do and say something else behind closed doors when it is time to advocate for you. With most positions being shifted to their Texas location, it has limited the available movements of team members in the companies other two support centers. The only way you can move between departments would be to move to Texas, which is not even the companies main center. It leaves employees bottled into one spot for YEARS at a time. A lot of leadership changes as executives leave the company at a high rate. Offshore vendors get American Holidays off that PDS employees do not. If you're in a position of leadership, you are expected to be available at all hours. Even on your vacation.

Pros

Amazing support from office managers to territory partners. Big company that feels like a tight knit family. Room for growth, great benefits

Cons

Pay is manageable, not as high as private practice. Then again you do not get benefits in private practice
