      Professional Environment Best of both worlds as it combines Private Practice and Corporate Alliance Training program is excellent-combining written and hands-on experience Allows antonomy for persona/career growth, development of specific skills Your ideas and opinions MATTER!

      Pros

      This company if growing at a very high rate mainly because of the leadership and qualitY of talented professionals. If you are looking for a great company, that encourages development for it's employees and quality care for it's patients, then PDS is the place to be!

      Cons

      It is not for everyone! You need to be a high drive, energetic, intelligent person to execute at a high level. People who are looking for a low-paced job that doesn't challenge you will probably have a bad experience. I think the negative reviews typically come from people that lack these qualities.
