PDS Health reviews

Two years and no review! I'm not the only one. What is the response I get when I ask about my review, we are busy and we will get to it. It's been sent to HR and still here we are two years later with no raise or review. You can throw a rock and find another person with a similar situation.

Unfortunately, Mr. Thorne's vision (in my opinopn) seems to be disregarded by some members of leadership, or translated in a self serving fashion by others. I often feel Mr. Thorne may not have the most loyal management team when I witness this miscarriage of leadership. There is virtually no Performance Management, Mentoring (for management or employee), except the robotic annual review process. No time investment to the employee. in this organization the dentist is the valuable asset, the other employees are made to feel dispensible. Weeks, weeks and weeks can go by before we see a Regional Leader/Manager in our area... another reason the employees/managers lack morale , motivation or a feeling of value to the company.
