      direct scrum team was nice and helpful WLB was ok depending on team

      Cons

      Poor management - non technical PM/directors - low pay for SWE - low code platforms - developers work on IT tickets as level 1 support such as user login issues or troubleshooting their application not working/access issues - all teams are in their own silo
