Pros

The compensation is average, and the benefits are fair.

Cons

The top-down communication is poor. The strategy of the InsurTech segment was non-existent. The environment was not inclusive. The fear (IMHO: intentionally permeated throughout the organization) creates silos and individuals talking about teamwork - but not walking the talk.

Pros

Kitchen, Work Events, and that’s about it.

Cons

The people - some are genuine, most are fake. Very toxic environment. Managers play favoritism. You will easily get overworked and rarely appreciate you.

Pros

Direct supervisors were very kind and helpful

Cons

The company/upper management was more concerned with the volume of work completed rather than the quality. They pretended to care about quality and were constantly reprimanding employees for poor quality and mistakes, but would not change anything to allow employees to focus on quality. They were also very disorganized and the job description kept changing.
