Mixed bag

Pros

- salaries are competitive at least in my department - some of the people working there are absolutely top-shelf talent - respectable financial org in an industry filled with nasty

Cons

- work hours are brutal - lack of positive reinforcement beyond bonus kills morale - some among leadership clearly not cut out for job also kills morale

Pros

Casual atmosphere, a lot of smart people, good benefits. The office space is really cool with lots of nice artwork. Some of the people are very open and friendly. It seems like everyone wants each other to succeed

Cons

Managers tend to promise a lot but don't follow through when it comes to growth. Don't throw your other employee's ideas on the back burner
