Run away from PEI. Not worth the headache.

Pros

People were friendly, laid-back attitudes. Free pretzels on Fridays.

Cons

Antiquated processes, nepotism and favoritism. People would come in on a Monday morning and would be notified that their office was being shuttered and their employment was terminated. This happened over and over again while I was there.

Great vibes people are nice and mostly stay busy with their own work. Environment is laid back as long as you do your job what you were hired for.

Cons

Training can be little difficult but if you are who you said you are in your interview, it is not that bad unless exaggerating is your expertise then their would be problems.
