Some great team mates with experience and ability to make an impact if allowed.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about the company values and being part of a family. This is complete rubbish because in fact the company had no strategy and treats people like nothing. No one is valued except for certain senior team members who have the motto do as I say not as I do.
