Still trying to find the best formula to deal with the economy and market changes and still make a modest profit thus a lot of reorganizational changes that rocked the local family values of the company

Pros

The moral isn't lacking and the raises aren't bad. Nice people mostly. Lots of opportunities for training which can include travel.

Cons

Micromanaging and different rules for people who are liked better, especially family. When you enforce their rules and someone complains management won't support you. Everyone is always ratting each other out because of what you don't do to their satisfaction.
