Nice people and atmosphere, usually a regular 9-5 job. i liked working as customer service because you get to deal with interesting companies in the defense sector, and also with the buyers and project managers that work on interesting products. My personal experience was great, although not a small company, it felt like family, met the owner and CEO a few times

Cons

i think it's a slow progress up, but not sure. i remember seeing a lot of people progressing, not sure how long it took them.
