- pay is not competitive
- they are not flexible
- they are not considerate
- “rules are rules” unless you’re upper management
- the owner just wants a private jet of his own
- the people who have been there for years only stay because they’re basically untouchable
- the people who voice their opinions and actually try to make the company better are fired
- if you have an opinion, you don’t.
- you have every capability to work from home. If you don’t feel well on a non-WFH day, you are forced to use sick time or forced to come in resulting in infecting the entire office
- if you do something well, no you didn’t
- if you do something wrong, you absolutely did
- HR is pointless. HR is supposed to represent the employees, but all they do is nothing. Their 3 yappy dogs are heard from more than HR.
- no raises, no incentive, absolutely no reason is given to work there other than the job market sucks right now
- if you’re good at what you do; get ready to do everyone else’s work
- if you do the bare minimum, you may as well look for a different job
- there is no room to grow unless you’re already upper management. They are given new and shiny job titles all the time but that’s it.
- I can’t find any politically correct words to describe how much of a nightmare this place is. New people are constantly hired with no experience, and the training is basically pushed onto the people around them to show them what needs to be done, even if they don’t have the same job as you
- the owner has some seriously hard core rose colored glasses on if he thinks his employees enjoy working there.
- the entire environment of the company is uncomfortable and petty.
- every single employee, no matter what, WILL get talked about behind their back
- people smear poop on the walls and there isn’t a cleaner so a lucky employee has to do it. ENOUGH SAID.
