Small personal company. Good Inventory. Knowledgable Engineering staff.

Cons

Micro managed to the hilt, poor communication between levels of management and staff. Inventory levels managed poorly. Bogged down in procedures. Trying to expand too fast. Pricing tends to be higher than average. Poor web presence.
