There is more than enough work per person.

Cons

Doing more with less is not the best strategy for a company struggling to remain competitive. The pay is low compared to standards, especially within IT, running about 30% lower than local companies such as Microsoft or Amazon. There is a severe immaturity within the management of work and projects, and no clear leadership decisions can be made.
