Stable company if do not have more plans and/or expectations. Good salary, no goals or target savings as a common company. Rarely work pressure.

Cons

All Decisions are made from Mexico City, High Nepotism, Not clear procedures and Politics of the company. Few Vacations plan; vacations are decided from High Staff.

No Training No flexibillity Upper Management has the worst attitude towards their employees Reviews are a joke as they are provided by Pemex in Mexico and submitted to them. Pemex Mexico approves overall budget and pays vendors extremely late.
