Pros

The work week is 37.5 hours.

Cons

Where to begin?...this is a very small company that is usually understaffed with a large workload. Your opinion means nothing as only the top 3 managers make every single decision. You have to accrue PTO before you can use it. It’s a negative atmosphere. I tried to like it and make a positive change but it’s very difficult.

Pros

The Foundation, co-workers, and what they say their culture is

Cons

Pay, upper management, HR, technology, sales focused over members, and so much more including they make it obvious employees under upper management don’t matter and easily replaceable.

Pros

Free parking and when your shift is over for the day.

Cons

They wait until about week five of the training process, to tell you about the weekly mandatory over time and that it's a sales job. They lead you to believe that it's a customer service role, but you're only there to make sales, to already angry customers. If you don't make enough sales, you're gone. You have no power as an MSR agent to make any decisions on an account, you have to call out to a manager or a different department, on every call. This of course, hurts your call time, which they monitor as a metric. This was by far the worse job I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else, but here, for a job. The turnover rate is high for a reason.
