Pros

Nice location in Tysons, mission to help veterans is great! Other than that can't think of anything nice to say.

Cons

If you hate your career or want to experience "old school postal worker " conditions, or want full immersion in a case study of a horribly run company this is the place for you....guaranteed to experience racism, sexism, lies, theft of intellectual property, cronyism and zero integrity. It's about who you know and how well you follow the insecure, incompetent and myopic leadership, unfortunately the footprint starts at the top and seeps to all levels of the company. This is the place where dreams, knowledge, innovation and integrity go to DIE! I'm shocked regulatory agencies have not revoked their charter they're systems are outdated and processes non existent, but if you're a nobody related to someone in the DOD, they'll take care of you. None of the executive level deserve their jobs except for the CFO, all the EVPs (they call themselves the "sisterhood") are buffoons and will spend millions on cover ups yet kill your wages. They're going to need to build a budget for lawsuits (existing and coming), fines and retention bonuses....
