      Pros

      Enjoy the challenges presented and great team work that we can see across different business units and the sense of achievement you get on a successful completion says it all. The employee appreciation program is pretty systematic and neat. Cant say enough about their benefits and compensation be it Merit increases, performance based bonuses and medical and 401K benefits. Great work life balance and down to earth leaderships team makes it worthwhile being here.

      Cons

      Training and personal development should be more accessible and more flexible. Will make it easier to deal with more challenging and exciting projects.

      - Very professional, kind and welcoming culture - Get to work with some very smart, highly motivated people - Mission oriented workplace - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Not really a con, but with a small number of team mates being fully remote / offsite in other geographies, it may not be easy to meet 100% of your co-workers

      Pros

      Training was very informative and helped make me successful jumping into my new role here. Management is amazing and truly cares about their employees.

      Cons

      Base pay isn't the best and with the slower markets you definitely have to put in a lot of time
