Pros
It's reasonably close and not a terrible commute to the office. 2 days of work from home allowed in my department depending on performance.
Cons
Absolutely no raises unless you switch departments and then they try to only offer a 5% increase even if the position pays much more to an outside candidate. Extreme micro management and monitoring clicks. Smashed together in the office even though we just got over the pandemic and people are still getting Covid. No bonuses to anyone that isn't in management. Quarterly town halls where you are told how successful the company is doing but also told not to ask about cost of living or merit increases. Executive leadership making millions and employees barely scraping by. They do not care if you leave. Revolving door. Unappreciated and under paid. Senior leadership called my role "unskilled" in townhall. Run by total sociopaths.
