Way over staffed and upper management month to month production focus could be classified as bipolar. Executive level is blinded by spreadsheets and far from any business pulse. Any new idea or product is fairly behind the market. Good luck appearing competitive with pricing, consistently need pricing exceptions just to catch up with competitors initial offering price. LO’s receive 10-20 inbound calls a day unfortunately 70% of the calls are misdirected phone calls meant for customer service.
