Management will call you on an approved day off and interrogate why you are not working. This call will ALWAYS be from the one person that handles the schedule and approved you PTO.

Pros

I was able to have a set schedule, with some flexibility if any life changes happened. There was also two work-from-home days, and weekend shifts that would translate into a shorter day during the following week.

Cons

Management will tell you over and over again that you are not cold calling when in reality you are cold calling (mostly) existing customers. Most people don't want to talk to you; some will say obscene or inappropriate things to you in retaliation. In training, these negative situations were severely downplayed.
