      Pros

      Working at PennyMac has been nothing short of a blessing. The pay plan is incredibly lucrative. Qualified leads are always provided and available. PennyMac truly works with integrity and focuses on doing business ethically and the right way. Company truly takes care of employees, and employee benefits are amazing. It took me 10 years to find the company and workplace that motivates me to get up early every morning and get to work. For those who want to grow with the company, there are so many ways to accomplish that goal. This is the best place to work in the mortgage industry.
