The pay is Good and can get to work from home.

Cons

Highly stressful call center, lack of good training, lots of mandatory OT. Micromanaged style environment.

Very good pay for the level of tech support that is required.

Cons

Insufficient training for the amount of calls and range of issues that is faced. Training is done by other employees who have only been there for a few months. There is no amount of work you can do to where they are satisfied. You’re constantly pushed to do more, while also being hindered by having to deal with the general public’s lack of tech savvy.
