PennyMac has from day one of my employment been a great company to work for and I will tell you why. I have learned a lot just from being employeed here and have been able to also learn and grow my accomplishments thus far. I started as a Collector 1 and was able to show my previous supervisor experience through my work and they have watched me grow into a Supervisor here at Pennymac. The Core Values that they stand by really do show! It has been a great journey thus far and management has always been there for me and given me great opportunities. The Training program is great I learned a lot and the follow up routines they have in place as well! Pennymac would rather see you succeed then fail. I plan on staying with Pennymac I wouldnt want to go anywhere else now!
