      Experienced executives who know what they are doing, great people at all levels, lots of opportunity if you are patient and willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better but are improving every year.

      Pros

      I would like to share how much i enjoy working here. I like coming into work every morning with a positive energy. I really enjoy all the feedback i get from my peers and management good or bad its always great to know where i stand. I am happy with all the support i have received throughout the time i have been here and the future as well.

      Cons

      There really is no downside working at PennyMac, such a great company and there is room for growth.

      Pros

      PennyMac is a great place to work for and offers lots of growth opportunity! Management works closely with individuals to create and work towards a desired career path. There is lots of opportunity to cross train in other areas. They offer opportunity to do overtime and have great bonus structure. Management really cares about the employees. They have an open door communication and take feedback well.

      Cons

      Although it’s understandable because of work flow, at times, it is hard to take time off specially Mondays & Fridays. A suggestion would be to create a structured vacation request process to allow everyone an equal opportunity to request time off.
