The pros are short lived once they try to heavily dock your commissions and once your forced to check emails at home to keep up with your volume. Micromanaging just to micromanage. I would rate this as the worst place to work. The management is ghetto, rude, they are not understanding if you have a family emergency and upper management has even advised you could possibly be fired if you don't come when there is ice on the ground. They have system problems regularly and make errors monthly that the associate has to cover up for . This company is probably only the best place to work if you in California.
