Pros

Pretty laid back management, no micro-managing (at least not on my team). Overall nice people in the company, pretty neutral corporate environment.

Cons

I'm a salary employee so I feel that my time is taken advantage of. It is very taboo on my team to leave on time even if your work is done. Other teams around me that are hourly though seem happy. There are 10 days vacation and 4 days of sick, so plan on spending all year working. HR gives you the run around with promotions as well. I was submitted for a promotion 10 months ago and still do not have approval. There is unequal pay on teams, they try to hire you in low, so remember to negotiate. Lastly, the health insurance is awful. Even my dentist came right out and said "wow, your health insurance sucks."

Great people, nice work environment, no micro-managing, Awesome cafeteria food. Clean environment, equipment is current and efficient for work

Cons

Poor Health Benefits, no annual merit increases or compensation, Many are overworked due to high turnover in the IT environment.

Pros

Due to the lack of resources and structure, it allows you to gain experience in other areas to help grow your career.

Cons

Poor management, no structure, poor compensation, over-worked, upper management has no respect towards their employees (some get yelled at by VIP's), unreasonable/unrealistic expectations, lots of run around excuses when it comes to salary increases or promotions (they try to prolong it and keep it from happening as much as possible), has a terrible approach to improving technology, and poor IT service. Technical issues never get better, they are repetitive with no improvement from the start of the company. Lots of downtime due to technical issues. Increased responsibilities with no increase in compensation. New hires with less experience and less responsibilities are making much more than people who've been with the company for years with more experience and responsibilities. In some cases, manager's are making less than their employees. There is so much politics involved in this place, the same people involved in Countrywide's fraud work at the company. The company requires some dept. to work from Monday - Sunday. Absolutely to work/life balance. This company brings the worse out of people and is not worth the stress. This company is about quantity over quality in all aspects.
