Remote jobs are the norm

Cons

New C level suite and higher level employees do not understand the industry. Once Jerry White left eveything went downhill. New management fired all high level employees with knowledge & got rid of all sales with knowledge & skill. Employees mean nothing to new management team, they only care about their bonuses & equity. Are charging customers a fortune for no real services.

Very little training, you will be expected to educate yourself on all the systems and operations of recruiting. Very good place for experienced recruiters
