*They won't terminate you without a valid cause. *It's a start up with many upcoming branches and processes. * They give trainings for entry level jobs.

*Proper workplace hierarchy is not maintained and reporting managers keep changing. * They don't give increments or appraisals as promised during the time of hiring. * Sometimes they give adhoc work at the last moment without considering work life balance. * Pay less salary than the market average pay. * Senior managers are unprofessional and cause a lot of internal politics
