PESI reviews

There are too many meetings. If a meeting could be in an email, it doesn't matter, you'll meet anyways.

PESI is not a place I would personally recommend to work. For a business that does continuing education for Mental Health you think it would be less toxic. Maybe it was just the team I worked with but communication was lacking. As an example I had multiple occurrences where someone would ask why something was done a certain way after completing the task, I would explain the approach, and then they would ask for it be done a different way. If thats how you want it done, why didn't you just say that in the first place? This happened frequently. Hidden expectations are never fun to encounter. Most of the people I work with were super friendly, but one in particular was horrible to deal with. He was clearly rude in meetings and no one even bothered to call him out. I could go through a lot more but this already kind of lengthy. Ultimately, I wouldn't work here again unless it was my only option.
