Health insurance and dental/eye insurance.

Cons

The only good thing is the benefits. Everything else is terrible. Your job is constantly on the line without you even knowing it. HR Shelly P. is insanely two faced and so is the rest of management. They will tell you for weeks how great you are doing then turn around and berate you out of nowhere. They are all about fast cash. They gaslight you and treat you like garbage in the end. You go through several interviews just to waste your time. If you don’t willingly work 60+ hours you are up for termination.

Pros

great bosses, driven staff, and a relaxed PTO/time off culture.

Cons

Advancement can be very slow, and they are fans of lateral changes with out raises. You will find your self with many additional responsibilities, and still only your yearly COL raise.
