Worst is company continue to lose people because upper management continue to act like high schoolers creating cliques that promote dissent from the lower rungs of the company. Many people are leaving the company in anger because they feel screwed by upper management especially those at corporate.

Travel, challenging schedule 1/2 the time.

If understaffed by one or two people, will be difficult to ever able to use PTO, does not get paid out.
