Pros

Paychecks were almost always on time. Allowed independent contractors to perform work without micro-management.

Cons

No holiday/Sick pay or paid leave. Received a 8 percent pay cut and one slight pay increase during my period of 4 years..

Pros

Consistant work not stressful quite work environment nice employees

Cons

No salary increase or review after 1 year SUB contracted to Dell mediocre pay 17$ an hour (vs 25$ an hour direct hire Dell) work not challenging work type and duties never change direct hire to dell from contractor rare and difficult no chance for advancement easier to get higher pay and new roles by becoming employed by a different company
