Health insurance options are not the greatest, there are two options available and they are both high deductible plans, with the option of having an HSA account. PFL does pay fully for employee's dental and vision plans though which is nice, but the limited and expensive health insurance plans that are offered could be improved greatly.
Salary also isn't the most competitive, however the people and non-high stress environment make that worth it if you value your mental health and work life balance.
Within my short time here, the CEO has already been discussing layoffs which is never something newer employees at a company like to see. They ended up laying off the majority of employees they brought on within the last month.
