It's a non-profit which allows employees to give back to the community in a huge way just by doing their job on a daily basis. The people are great: they live by a positive attitude. Management does a great job developing interns and giving them feedback, as well as trying to find a place for them to come on board full-time.

Cons

I didn't always feel as challenged as I could have been.

You have to live in Ponte Vedra Beach, there is somewhat of a glass ceiling, limited travel, small company environment - can be viewed as both positive and negative
