      The operations run smoothly under good management and great teamwork. Everyone takes initiative and ensures the job is done right the first time.

      I can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      The company grew very quicky. They are running like a messy startup. Executives force in office hybrid but most of them are remote. People are promoted to manager or director roles with little to no experience and no training. Everyone is miserable. The culture is toxic. No diversity. 99% of HQ is white.
